You own client projects from deal closed to project live, and the client after that. The building, the coordination, the follow through. Ex freelancers who did it all alone: this is you.

Requirements

  • Real understanding of web design and dev
  • Has delivered client projects end to end, solo
  • Hands on with SEO, deploys, ads, CRMs, analytics, web tools
  • Good eye for design, catches what is off first
  • Basic video editing, CapCut is enough
  • Runs client calls and holds deadlines without being chased

You work inside our website factory: design, builds, and the day to day that gets client projects out the door. Real projects, real clients, from week one.

Requirements

  • Good eye for design, show us anything you made
  • You use AI every day: Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex
  • Comfortable with clients, voice and text
  • Organized, follows a process, no chasing needed
  • Studying or self taught: design, dev or marketing
  • French and English, Darija a bonus

No experience needed. We train you on our stack.

Paid Remote Per volume

You get raw footage and a voiceover. You hand back a finished reel. There is a path to production here: scripts and ideas, not just cuts.

Requirements

  • Cuts and motion every one to two seconds
  • Premium, minimal, Apple style feel
  • Knows trends, formats, sounds
  • SFX and sound design in every edit
  • Cuts to voiceover, clean captions
  • Portfolio of reels
